a.       Hotmail is one of the most popular email sites in the world, especially to younger users because of its MSN services. Lots of people started to use it and then the video chat options makes then even closer to it. Hotmail is so spread that friends like to send email and talk to their friends. I think that the part about the video talks just boasts it up because it’s fun for them to see their friends while working J

·         More space to write!

·         Search, which means you, can search during your mail.

3.       Why would someone prefer their ISP's e-mail service to a web-based one?

a.       I would probably choose ISP’s e-mail because it is safer, and is very well secured. Whereas, the web-based one is easy to hack in to and it’s said that it doesn’t have accurate information.
